こんばんは。取り上げていただいて、ありがとうございます。
「なんちゃって消費者団体」につきましては、おそらく認証の要件などによって相当回避できるものだと思いますし、また団体の活動の歴史なども考慮されるようですので、弁護士会の消費者保護委員会よりも適格性があると評価されている団体は多いようです。（委員会と消費者団体とでは、やはり情報収集能力にかなりの差があるように聞いております）
収益の問題点につきましては、なるほどもっともなご意見だとは思いますね。こういった活動というのは、本来弁護士が手弁当でやってきたものかもしれませんが、少なくとも、参加する弁護士や支援団体が、どういったレベルの事業性を考えるのか、そのあたりの「合意」といいますか「慣習」のようなものがまず必要ではないか、とも思います。
